Return and Refund Policy for Services

Thank you for choosing my services. Each service I provide is highly personalized and tailored to your unique needs, and I am committed to delivering a fulfilling experience. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of my work, refunds are limited. The following guidelines apply:

  • Digital Deliverables (e.g., PDFs, Name Creation): Once digital files or personalized recommendations are delivered, they are considered final, and refunds cannot be issued.
  • Service-Based Sessions: For services such as tonalamatl readings and platicas, refunds are only available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. Any rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 fee.
  • Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling after a no-show will incur a $25 fee.

Refund Exceptions

I strive to offer flexibility where possible, understanding that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience an emergency or unavoidable situation, please reach out, and I will assess whether an exception can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Gifted Services

  • Gifted Sessions: If a service was purchased as a gift and you are unable to use it, you may be eligible for a credit for future services, valid within a specific time frame. Please contact me for details.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please review our return policy below for details.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the package. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and select health and personal care items

Additional Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be ineligible for refund if the item:

  • Shows clear signs of use (e.g., books with wear or markings)
  • Is opened media (e.g., CD, DVD, cassette, vinyl record, software)
  • Arrives in a damaged state or missing parts not due to our error
  • Is returned more than 30 days after delivery, regardless of condition

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified period.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases of slight product damage or non-original packaging, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing may take additional time.
  2. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at rainoftlaloc@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at themountaindruidess@gmail.com and mail your item to:

Gift Returns

  • Gift Purchases: If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the item’s value. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • Unmarked Gifts: If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping, which is non-refundable.
  • High-Value Returns: For items over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns.
