Cihuateotcalli: Aguas Sagradas Initiation

November 2028 | Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca

Each year, this retreat is an intentional gathering centered on water, creative practice, and relational ways of being with land and community. Over seven days, we move slowly through oceans, rivers, waterfalls, springs, and lagoons, allowing water to guide reflection, restoration, and expression.

This is not a consumptive retreat experience. We do not rush, extract, or perform. We prioritize relationship over spectacle, presence over productivity, and respect over novelty. The retreat is designed in collaboration with local Native guides and communities, with care given to how we move, where we spend, and what we ask of the land.

Through daily workshops, creative exploration, cultural and ecological experiences, and shared meals, participants are supported in reconnecting with their bodies, their breath, and their own internal cycles. Everything is held with intention, from the pace of the days to the way meals are prepared and shared.
